Synopsis

Humanity is experiencing the worst socio-environmental crisis of a mode of production based on the incessant consumption of energy, the homogenization of cultural and consumption patterns, as well as the increasingly widespread exploitation of natural resources with all its effects: poverty and oppression, destruction of biomes and ecosystems, global warming and destruction of social and natural heritage. The objective of this research is to analyze the main configurations of Living Well as an alternative proposal that arises from the cosmovision of life of Latin American indigenous communities. The analysis converges in the reflection and debate with other currents of thought developed in the international context.
