Synopsis

This paper describes the development of a web system aimed at managing digital literacy workshops with automatic report generation. The study is situated within the context of digital transformation in education and addresses the need to optimize administrative and academic processes. It presents the requirements analysis, system architecture design, and implementation of modules for user registration, attendance control, and evaluations. Likewise, it discusses the use of databases for information organization and the automation of reports for academic monitoring. The content includes theoretical foundations on web systems, information management, automation, and digital literacy, along with the applicable legal framework. The work offers an overview of the use of technologies to improve educational management.
